Quantity Surveyor

Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 15,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus company car & fuel. Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading Abu Dhabi-based smart agriculture and farm infrastructure company specializing in large-scale agricultural project development across the region. Job Description: • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, tender evaluations, and project cost reports for infrastructure and civil projects. • Manage variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. • Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to support effective cost control and financial performance. • Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate quantity measurement and cost forecasting.

• Male, 50 years old and below • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or construction projects, with strong knowledge of FIDIC, contracts, variations, claims, and cost control • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/commercial management tools; UAE infrastructure project experience is highly preferred
