• Prepare detailed tender documents and contracts to support project bidding and execution
• Conduct comprehensive cost analysis for tenders and repair and maintenance projects to inform budgeting and decision-making
• Allocate upcoming work efficiently to contractors to ensure timely project progress
• Manage all project-related costs by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals
