What you'll be responsible for

• Prepare tender submissions, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement activities.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow and cost performance.
• Manage progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior QS team members where required.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant QS experience.
• Familiarity with tendering, cost control and contract administration.
• Commercial project or office fit-out experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
