Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract)
Contract: 1-2 Years
Responsibilities
Support commercial and contractual management activities throughout project execution.
Prepare and maintain accurate project cost and budget reports.
Monitor project expenditure and support cost control activities against approved budgets.
Identify and support the resolution of commercial and contractual issues arising during project execution.
Administer contracts and maintain accurate contractual and commercial documentation.
Review project requirements and ensure relevant parties understand their contractual obligations.
Coordinate with internal project teams, clients, contractors and other stakeholders on commercial matters.
Support the preparation and review of relevant cost, contract and project documentation.
Maintain proper records and documentation to support effective project commercial management.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline.
Approximately 3–4 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the engineering or construction industry.
Experience in cost management, budgeting, commercial management and contract administration.
Good understanding of contractual and commercial requirements within engineering/construction projects.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
Able to interpret project and contractual documentation effectively.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors and other stakeholders.
