Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor
Description
Manage project costing and commercial matters for construction, renovation and maintenance works.
Key responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations and tender submissions
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and negotiate rates
Monitor project budgets, expenditure and profit margins
Prepare progress claims, variation claims and final accounts
Assess subcontractor claims and verify completed work through site measurements
Coordinate with project teams and maintain accurate commercial records
About you
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with relevant construction experience
Proficient in Excel, interpreting drawings and cost estimation
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
