Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and review project cost estimates and quotations.
Prepare tender submissions and contract documents.
Monitor project costs, progress claims and variations.
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Prepare monthly progress claims and final accounts.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Relevant working experience in the construction or electrical engineering industry.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
