- Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts
- Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement
- Take-off quantity for projects
- Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Price comparison and costing summary
- To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments
