Quantity Surveyor [SL]

Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documents, and carry out quantity measurements.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and quantity take-offs for tendering and project costing purposes.

Review tender documents, contracts, specifications and contractual terms to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.

Analyse quotations, material prices, unit rates and cost breakdowns, and prepare competitive pricing.

Handle contract administration, including progress payment valuations, variation claims and related contractual documentation.

Coordinate and prepare tender submissions for new projects, including cost estimation and pricing analysis.

Ensure contractual and tendering activities are completed accurately within stipulated deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders on project costing and contractual matters.

Support other business-related activities of the holding company where required.

Participate in company activities, including corporate social responsibility and charity events, where applicable.

Perform other duties related to the role as assigned.
