Responsibilities:

  • Review and administer main contract documents to ensure proper contractual compliance and documentation.
  • Prepare, evaluate and process subcontractor quotations, claims and payment recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders and final accounts to clients or main contractors.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditures to ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site measurements and valuations to verify completed works and project progress.
  • Maintain proper records of contractual correspondences, claims, variations and project documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site personnel on contractual and commercial matters.
  • Assist in resolving contractual issues, discrepancies and project-related cost matters.
  • Support the timely closure and finalisation of project accounts upon project completion.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in construction.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
