Location: Bukit Batok
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties
- Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders
- Carry out other contracts administration tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years civil engineering construction experience
- Preferably with consultancy and contracting experience
- Good knowledge in Singapore contract laws
- Able to work both independently and as a team member
