1. Subcontract Management

• Requesting a quotation and evaluation bids, and selecting subcontractor.
• Monthly progress payment evaluation, reviewing the scope of work and additional work items.

2. Preparation of Progress Payment Claims

• Reviewing payment applications, including quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates

3. Documentation and Coordination

• Handling documentation based on the above tasks, submitting for approvals, attending meetings and coordination with other departments
