Job Description:
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Develop tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors and suppliers.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
- Provide financial insights and support to project managers and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and ensure budget compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., Glodon Cubicost, BuildSoft, Revit, Vico Office, PlanSwift, Bluebeam).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites.
