Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Communicate with management, contractors, and subcontractors regarding cost estimate adjustments.

• Conduct negotiations during project execution to resolve issues efficiently.

• Manage project scope to achieve objectives and deliverables.

• Develop cost-reduction strategies to maximize project value.

• Monitor project costs in accordance with building contract requirements.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance with construction regulations.

• Perform cost analysis to optimize project value.

• Provide professional advice on contractual claims and scope management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS).

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Good time-management and organizational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
