Description
- Detail-oriented and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in local landed construction.
To manage project commercial operations, cost controls, and contractual claims.
Job Description:
- Assist in purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender
- Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction so as to prepare periodic progress payment requests for submission to client.
- Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager / designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
- Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Perform precise material measurements and tonnage calculations from structural steel drawings, connection details, and shop drawings.
- Prepare, submit, and defend monthly progress claims to Main Contractors, focusing on fabrication milestones, delivery to site, and erection completion.
Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of QS experience, relevant experience in LTA projects if possible
- Able to use AutoCAD
- Salary and performance bonus can be negotiable based on qualifications and experience
- Singapore citizen or PR
