Job description
Job Scope:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for assigned projects.
Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of assigned projects.
Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.
Perform cost analysis, procurement strategy, and cost planning.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
Assess and certify progress claims and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Job requirements:
Diploma/Degree in recognised by Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in quantity surveying.
