Quantum Device Operations Lead

Silicon Quantum Computing is seeking a Device Operations Manager in Australia to own the device production pipeline from design handoff through STM fabrication, cleanroom processing and fridge-based measurement. You will balance scientific and strategic priorities and set readiness gates.

You will coordinate across quantum science, device physics, measurement, and fabrication teams, monitor throughput and yield, and push continuous improvement using data-driven analytics and AI-enabled tools.
