Quick Response Project Manager GCN

Summary

Oversee a fast-fashion Quick Response project in China, setting up teams and processes to deliver trend-driven products within a 14-day lead time to maximize sales and surplus inventory.

Execute and collaborate on the strategic direction, lead local operations, and ensure cross-functional alignment of the Quick Response project. You will be responsible for setting up the team, defining the 360-project framework, and ensuring the 14-day lead time target is met to maximize topline sales and surplus FUP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Vision:​ Execute and collaborate on the strategic vision in collaboration with the central Quick Response team. Set ambitious goals and develop the implementation strategy.
  • 360 Project Management:​ Oversee project setting, steering, FUP (Full Price Units) forecasting, and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment across the organization.
  • Sales & Budget:​ Set sales targets and key KPIs; take full ownership of the budget and Surplus FUP.
  • Planning Framework:​ Establish the general drops plan framework (volumes/pcs) and coordinate weekly/daily FUP and actions planning.
  • Team Management:​ Lead the setup and management of the China Impuls team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Key KPIs:

  • Added topline sales.
  • Number of winning products
  • Surplus FUP (Full Price Units).
  • Production Lead time on market (minimum e.g., 14 days).
  • Proven experience in leading and setting up fast trend detection, fast production, and scale-winning products.
  • Ideal background: Previous experience at local fast-fashion brands.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
