Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quotation Engineer located in Shanghai WGQ.

Reporting to the Program Manager.

What a typical day looks like:

• 负责RFQ报价全过程管理，包括BOM建立、客户技术资料包的管理与转发、钣金件报价、模具报价、采购件询价以及物流/仓储成本汇总。
• 协调采购、工程、供应链及生产团队，确保报价项目按计划完成并满足客户要求的时间节点。
• 根据客户RFQ资料评估、定义并建立产品BOM（Bill of Materials）。
• 进行成本测算、数据分析及BOM成本维护。
• 评审产品图纸和技术规范，识别关键工艺、技术风险及主要成本驱动因素。
• 根据产品工艺、生命周期、产量及技术要求制定最佳成本方案。
• 协助钣金件、模具、表面处理及采购件询价工作，并进行成本分析、报价整理及供应商报价评估。
• 编制项目成本分析报告、利润分析报告及管理层汇报资料。
• 参与销售、项目管理及客户报价策略讨论，制定合理报价方案。
• 支持销售及项目团队开展商务谈判，通过成本拆解、Should Cost分析、利润测算及报价策略分析，为价格决策和客户谈判提供数据依据。
• 跟踪报价状态及项目关闭情况，确保RFQ顺利完成。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 本科及以上学历。机械工程、工业工程、制造工程等相关专业。

• 3年以上制造业报价、成本分析相关经验。
• EMS、服务器、通信设备、数据中心设备、储能柜或钣金行业经验优先。
• 有RFQ项目报价经验优先。
• 熟悉钣金加工（Sheet Metal Fabrication），冲压（Stamping），焊接（Welding），表面处理（Painting / Powder Coating / Plating），产品组装（Assembly）等工艺。
