The Marketing Manager, Surgical Solutions will lead regional marketing strategy and execution for the Biosurgery and Infection Prevention portfolios across CASAJ-TWHK region. The role is responsible for driving sustainable growth through portfolio strategy, value proposition development, launch excellence, and commercial enablement, in close partnership with global and country marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute the regional marketing strategy for Biosurgery and Infection Prevention portfolios across CASAJ-TWHK, aligned with global strategic priorities
- Lead portfolio selection strategy and market assessment across CASAJ countries to identify and prioritize opportunities for:
- New product introductions, line extensions, and platform expansion
- Growth acceleration of existing products through improved positioning, indication or specialty expansion, and market penetration
- Translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics into clear portfolio priorities and strategic initiatives
- Support market entry, expansion, and portfolio optimization initiatives across key CASAJ-TWHK markets
Commercial & Launch Excellence
Lead regional launch planning and execution for new products and indications, ensuring strong market readiness and disciplined execution
Develop core value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning to enable consistent adoption across markets
Partner with country teams to localize strategies while maintaining regional consistency
Sales & Capability Enablement
Develop and deliver high‑quality marketing tools, playbooks, and campaigns to support sales execution and demand generation
Collaborate with Clinical Training, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Excellence teams to strengthen commercial capability and market development
Cross‑Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with country marketing teams and cross‑functional partners, including Global Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.
Act as a key regional interface to global teams, ensuring CASAJ needs and market realities are well represented in global strategies and priorities
Qualifications & Experience
7–10 years of experience in marketing within the medtech or pharmaceutical industry
Proven experience managing APAC region
Strong understanding of hospital, surgical, or procedure‑driven markets
Exposure to product launches, market development and professional education
Experience in Biosurgery, Infection Prevention, or adjacent therapy areas are preferred
