R&D Chemical Engineer

Technical Development:
Support the development and implementation of new marking solutions, including formulation and application of markers/codes in various materials, compatible and integrable to client’s process & specifications – that is scalable & cost efficient;

Conduct and oversee R&D experiments and trials, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards;

Analyze test results and provide detailed technical reports;

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes that showcase the technology's application.

Lab & Testing Management:
Manage day-to-day lab operations, including equipment maintenance, procurement of materials/chemicals, and inventory management;

Coordinate testing schedules and oversee the execution of tests and pilots both internally and with external testing facilities;

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all testing activities, results, and processes for internal reviews and external presentations;

Client Technology Implementation:
Assist in the planning and execution of technology implementation projects for clients, ensuring alignment with project timelines and client requirements;

Act as a technical liaison between the company and clients, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution;

Participate in client meetings and presentations, explaining technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner;

Project Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product Development, and Engineering, to ensure successful project execution;

Monitor project progress and address any technical challenges that may arise;

Provide regular updates and feedback to the Head of Technology & Commercialization on project status, risks, and potential areas for improvement.
