R&D Engineer(Architect)

• Responsible for technical communication and coordination across teams within the SAFe organization.
• Responsible for the software architecture design of embedded systems, including module division, interface definition, communication protocols.
• Participate in system requirements analysis and propose reasonable technical solutions and architectural designs.
• Research new technologies and tools, continuously optimize software architecture and development processes.
• Collaborate with the hardware team to ensure the software architecture aligns with the hardware design.
• Responsible for the creation and implementation of enablers related to the SAFe team.

What makes us successful together

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in embedded software development, solid C/C++ programming skills, and familiarity with embedded operating systems (Linux, AUTOSAR, etc.)
• Possess teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills and proficient in spoken English.
• Proficient in low-level hardware interfaces and driver development.
• Proficient in Agile development processes, with SAFe for Architects certification preferred.
