R&D Engineer Future Technical Manager Shaft Seals

You will contribute to research and development projects involving shaft seals and control-rod drive mechanisms. You will structure and lead projects, select suitable technologies, coordinate stakeholders, monitor deliverables, validate technical feasibility and performance, and maintain complete project documentation. Most of your work will focus on R&D topics, with additional support for new business and cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead projects according to applicable procedures and standards
• Identify and select technologies for solution development
• Coordinate project activities and stakeholders
• Monitor deliverables while meeting quality, cost, and schedule requirements
• Demonstrate technical feasibility and validate functional performance
• Ensure the quality and completeness of project documentation
• Support new business, cross-functional projects, and technical assistance activities

Requirements

• Hold a mechanical engineering qualification
• Have one to two years of experience
• Have experience in tribology and sealing for rotating machinery
• Know the nuclear industry
• Have project management skills
• Have intermediate English skills
