R&D Executive – Product Formulation & Blending | Food Manufacturing

Develop and optimise blending formulations using available raw materials
Calculate ingredient ratios to achieve finished products that meet required specifications and quality standards
Adjust formulations based on raw material availability, properties and stock levels
Perform calculations for blending, yield, material consumption and production quantities
Monitor raw material inventory and recommend suitable materials for blending
Maintain accurate formulation records, calculations and inventory data
Use Microsoft Excel to analyse formulations, stock levels and material consumption
Work closely with Production and Quality teams to conduct blending trials and verify finished products
Investigate formulation variances and recommend appropriate adjustments
Support cost optimisation while maintaining required product standards

Diploma/Degree in Food Science
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel {formulas/lookups/Pivot Tables)
Inventory management and material planning
Must be comfortable with longer working hours when required to support production and business needs.
