R&D Manager/ess–Life & Health Technology

Salary: $50,000 – $57,000 per month

About the role

Design and supervise research projects involving chemical and organic material synthesis, molecular biology, cell culture and in-vitro biological evaluation. Develop and optimize experimental protocols, technical routes and product development plans.

Key responsibilities

• Design and supervise research projects involving chemical and organic material synthesis, molecular biology, cell culture and in-vitro biological evaluation.

• Develop and optimize experimental protocols, technical routes and product development plans.

• Review experimental data and prepare technical reports.

• Establish laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality-control procedures.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary R&D projects with universities.

About you

• A master's or doctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Materials Science or a related STEM discipline.

• Candidates holding a relevant STEM degree from a well-recognised university are welcome to apply.
