The job
• Work closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and Scrum Team to understand, define, design, and implement software solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and estimation, backlog refinement, daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to troubleshoot customer-reported issues, identify root causes, and drive them to timely resolution.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code that is fully reviewed, unit tested, documented, and delivered in accordance with agreed quality standards.
• Analyze, design, implement, and validate security requirements in alignment with industry-standard cybersecurity practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, development processes, and overall product quality.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality cloud-based solutions using modern technologies and engineering practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, Scrum teams, and Customer Support to deliver features, resolve customer issues, and continuously improve product quality.
Essential requirements
Strong software design and development skills with hands-on experience in multiple programming languages, including C#.
Strong experience in ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core and cloud-based application development.
Good understanding and hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks, particularly Angular.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design and development.
Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud service architecture.
Experience in developing comprehensive unit test cases and applying test-driven quality practices.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in software design.
Good understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
Strong awareness of cybersecurity principles and their importance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Good understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
2 – 5 years of experience.
Desired skills and competencies
Experience with Azure PowerShell and/or Azure CLI.
Knowledge or experience with AWS cloud services.
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, particularly Azure DevOps.
Understanding of Docker and containerization.
Knowledge of UML and software modelling techniques.
Knowledge or practical experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-enabled software development.

Hybrid working
