We are seeking an experienced Packaging Manager to lead packaging development across a diverse portfolio of food throughout the APAC region. This is a high-impact role where you will drive innovation, sustainability initiatives, packaging optimisation, and technical excellence from concept through to commercialisation.
What You'll Do
- Lead packaging development for new product launches and innovation projects
- Drive sustainable packaging initiatives and recyclability improvements
- Support manufacturing trials, commissioning, and scale-up activities
- Deliver value engineering and cost optimisation programs
- Resolve packaging quality and performance challenges
- Partner with suppliers to identify new technologies and packaging solutions
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams across APAC
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years' packaging experience within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and packaging development processes
- Experience leading cross-functional packaging projects from concept to launch
- Background in sustainable packaging, packaging optimisation, or packaging innovation
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- Degree in Packaging, Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
