職務說明 / Role Overview

負責研發專案之規劃、執行與跨部門協作，從需求確認、開發、驗證至量產／產品導入階段，掌握專案時程、資源、風險與關鍵技術議題，確保研發成果符合產品目標與交付時程。此角色需能與研發工程師、產品、業務、品質及營運等團隊密切合作，整合技術與商業需求，主動推動問題解決與專案落地。
Responsible for planning and driving R&D projects across the product development lifecycle, from requirement definition and development through validation and product launch/production introduction. The role manages schedules, resources, risks, and key technical issues to ensure R&D deliverables meet product objectives and target timelines. This position works closely with engineering, product, sales, quality, and operations teams to align technical and business requirements, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful project execution.

工作內容 / Key Responsibilities

1. 負責研發專案從需求確認、開發、驗證至量產／產品導入之整體規劃、執行與進度控管，確保里程碑如期達成
Lead end-to-end R&D project planning and execution from requirement definition, development, and validation through production/product launch, ensuring key milestones are achieved on schedule.
2. 協調研發工程團隊及跨部門單位（如產品、業務、品質、採購、製造／營運等），整合需求並確保專案目標一致
Coordinate engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Sales, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing/Operations) to align requirements and project objectives.
3. 管理專案範疇、時程、資源、依賴關係與風險，建立追蹤機制並適時提出因應方案
Manage project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and risks; establish tracking mechanisms and drive mitigation actions when needed.
4. 追蹤研發進度、技術議題、測試／驗證結果及待辦事項，確保問題具明確 owner、時程與結案機制
Track R&D progress, technical issues, test/validation results, and action items, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and closure.
5. 作為研發專案主要溝通窗口，主持專案會議並促進工程團隊與內外部利害關係人之資訊透明與決策效率
Serve as the primary R&D project interface, facilitate project meetings, and ensure transparent communication and efficient decision-making across engineering teams and internal/external stakeholders.
6. 建立並維護專案文件與管理工具，包括專案計畫、時程表、會議紀錄、風險清單及進度報告等
Develop and maintain project documentation and management tools, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, risk registers, and status reports.
7. 主動識別專案瓶頸與流程改善機會，協助優化研發專案管理流程與跨部門協作效率
Proactively identify project bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities, supporting optimization of R&D project management and cross-functional collaboration.
8. 定期向主管及管理層回報專案進度、關鍵技術議題、風險與資源需求，必要時進行議題升級與推動決策
Provide regular updates to management on project status, key technical issues, risks, and resource needs, escalating issues and driving decisions when necessary.
