R&D/ Process Engineer (Plastics Manufacturing/Jurong)

• Research & develop product/processes to integrate with Film Insert Molding applications and molding.
• Innovate techniques/methods in achieving operations efficiency, safety and cost effectiveness.
• Lead Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) on process/quality related issues.
• Provide Business Development team in preparing product costing details of new RFQ
• Support corporate R&D team in other technology innovation related to plastic manufacturing.
• Detailed JD will be provided upon application

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Product Design Engineering /Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Familiar with Plastic Injection molded parts design
• Exposure in Mechanical and Engineering Design for Process Development or Engineering solutions
• Competent in Engineering calculations. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and preventive maintenance practices
• Experience in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Inventor)
• Location: Joo Koon| Mondays to Fridays (8:30am to 5:45pm)
• Monthly salary x 13 + Variable Bonus. Monthly salary will commensurate according to experiences
