R&D Project Manager(Server Product)

工作說明

1. Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
2. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
3. Communicate with key customers in timely manner and follow up the meeting conclusion to facilitate project progress.
4. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
5.Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, while also conducting risk management to mitigate potential risks.

需求條件

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Sciences. Master’s Degree is plus.
2. 3-5 years experience in a Project Management Role, preferably familiar with technical product development. Server related experience is a plus
3. Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies. Project Management Professional a plus
4. Positive, can-do, proactive attitude and work ethic
5. Excellent communication and problem solving skills
6. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment- flexible, self-directed, creative, and team player
7. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both as an individual contributor and as a team member
8. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
