Job Description:
Job Title: R&D Software Development Team Manager for 93000 Software Development in Shanghai
This team manager will lead a software development team for 93000 and reports to the Shanghai R&D manager. There is a strong interdependency with the R&D organization in Böblingen, Germany.
Responsibilities:
Operation:
? Leads cross-functional project teams from aligning objectives to delivering the solution
? Is responsible for project resource allocation, schedule and meeting milestones
? Maintains software modules; aligns priorities of change requests and effectively addresses them
? Responsibly adopts and adheres to the product generation processes
? Works with team to resolve key technical issues
? As Project Owner responsible for backlog grooming, story definition, planning, dependency and priority clarification, leading cross-functional& cross-site meetings, integration and continuous improvement, demo, solution promotion internally and externally.
People:
? Hires team members, introduces them to the semiconductor test business and integrates them in the local and international organization
? Develops the team towards independent, innovative, high quality project execution
? Coaches the team in product generation processes and diverse software engineering disciplines
? Mentors software engineers towards maturity in technical competency and professional collaboration skills in a multi-cultural environment
? Brews an innovative culture of tolerating different ideas and encouraging people solving problems creatively
