R&D Team Lead
You will lead the design, development, and delivery of product features and enhancements, ensuring technical solutions align with product goals and customer needs. You will build real-time security-incident detection capabilities, from designing agents through development and deployment. You will guide software development, testing, and deployment practices; mentor team members; drive the architecture and scalability of detection pipelines; define agent-based detection strategies with product, security, and research stakeholders; and integrate detection systems with platform components.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of product features and enhancements
- Build real-time agents that detect and analyze security incidents
- Guide software development, testing, and deployment best practices
- Mentor team members on architecture decisions and infrastructure improvements
- Drive the architecture and scalability of real-time detection pipelines
- Collaborate to define and implement agent-based detection strategies
- Ensure integration between detection systems and other platform components
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing sprints and backlogs
- Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire technical teams
- 5+ years of experience with Python
- Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS
- Experience with SQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
