We are seeking for an engineering manager with exceptional AI transformation leadership capabilities. Your goal will be to lead the team in delivering Trend Micro Endpoint Security solutions aligned with business strategy and customer success, while driving AI adoption and inspiring a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibility

1. Define and execute the team’s technical direction to build, enhance and deliver high-reliability, AI-enhanced products and solutions.
2. Champion AI-first culture by identifying opportunities, sharing success stories, and encouraging experimentation within the team.
3. Coordinate people, resources, and processes across different functions, groups or teams to achieve business outcomes and drive innovation.
4. Understand and bridge the company's business goal and strategy to the team.
5. Hire and coach talented members with AI learning mindset and help team members grow.
