As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will lead high-impact initiatives, owning end-to-end architectures and complex integration strategies. You will prototype solutions, validate patterns, and ensure non-functional requirements are met at scale.

You will:

  • Architect scalable services, data flows, and interfaces with robust security and observability.
  • Lead design reviews, proofs-of-concept, and performance benchmarking for embedded/system modules.
  • Partner with product and operations to ensure reliability targets are achievable.
  • Document standards and mentor engineers in advanced design techniques.

Essential Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of related experience
  • Advanced understanding of appropriate system architectures
  • Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions, and ability to apply this understanding to resolve issues
  • Hardware platforms (x86, ARM, PCIe, notebook/desktop systems)
  • Firmware/BIOS (BIOS, Intel ME, RAID, iDRAC concepts)
  • Device drivers, OS installation, and Windows environments
  • End-to-end development, testing, and validation in hardware/software integrated systems


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
  • Capability to influence others to achieve results
