R2R Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented R2R Accountant to join our finance team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Record to Report (R2R) processes, including bank reconciliation and general ledger management. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and will involve collaboration with various departments to streamline financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end Record to Report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly. - Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant with accounting standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
