R2R Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced R2R Claims Manager to join our finance team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bank reconciliation, fixed assets management, and month-end closing processes. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation of bank statements, managing fixed assets, and ensuring accurate month-end closings. Key Responsibilities: - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. - Manage fixed assets, including tracking acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation. - Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes. - Oversee claims processing and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. - Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
