R2R Team Lead
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Record-to-Report Team Leader to oversee daily R2R operations while supporting the transition of finance processes into a Shared Services environment in Poznań. This role combines people leadership with operational involvement, ensuring high-quality service delivery and driving process improvements.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of professional experience within Record-to-Report processes.
- Previous experience leading or supervising an R2R team.
- Solid understanding of R2R processes, combined with the ability to support operational activities such as quality reviews and team guidance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and other finance systems used within the R2R area.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model from the Poznań office (3–4 days per week).
- Fluency in English.
