R2R & Treasury Implementation Manager

We are looking for an experienced R2R & Treasury Implementation Manager to join an international finance transformation project focused on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and transitioning from SAP across Eastern Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation, taking responsibility for the Record-to-Report (R2R) and Treasury workstreams.

The successful candidate will support the design and implementation of finance processes, coordinate banking transitions and ensure effective integration between treasury operations and the new ERP environment. Working closely with Finance, IT, external consultants and international stakeholders, you will help establish efficient, standardized and automated financial processes ahead of the planned go-live on September 1, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation: Coordinate the R2R and Treasury workstreams within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, UAT, cutover and post-go-live support.

• Treasury & Cash Management: Design and optimize cash management, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting and intercompany settlement processes.

• Banking Transition: Coordinate the onboarding and transition to new banking partners across Eastern Europe, ensuring business continuity and effective integration with banking systems.

• Financial Close & Reconciliation: Establish and improve bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, supporting month-end closing and accurate financial reporting.

• Systems Integration: Support the implementation of treasury management solutions and banking interfaces integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure treasury and R2R processes comply with IFRS, internal policies and financial control requirements.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and optimization of financial reporting and treasury operations.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Group Finance, IT, external implementation partners and regional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Record-to-Report, Corporate Controlling or Finance Shared Services.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 within a finance environment. Candidates must have actively participated in an ERP implementation project. Experience limited to working as an end user of the system is not sufficient.

• Strong experience in corporate banking relationships, including onboarding new banking partners and managing banking transitions.

• Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions and month-end closing.

• Knowledge of banking platforms, Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial systems integration.

• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI for financial reporting and process automation.

• Good understanding of IFRS, internal controls and financial compliance requirements.

• Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
