Position Summary

Responsible for the hardware assembly and preliminary integration of AI server racks. This role requires a mechanical background, the physical capability to handle heavy-duty components, and the proficiency to use Microsoft Excel for production logging and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Assembly: Execute the installation of rack structures, rails, and heavy modules (e.g., 33KW Power Shelves, Manifolds) following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Heavy Component Handling: Perform lifting, positioning, and fastening of heavy components using assistive devices or through team coordination.
• Tool Operation: Proficiently operate electric/pneumatic torque drivers, manual tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Data Logging: Input daily production data and quality check results into tracking sheets (primarily using Excel).
• Workplace Maintenance: Adhere to 5S standards to ensure a safe and organized assembly environment.
