Radiation Therapist - Team Lead (North)

Dayton Physicians is seeking qualified internal candidates for two Radiation Therapist (RTT) Team Lead positions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RTT team member who is ready to take the next step in their career and serve as a leader and resource to their colleagues.

The RTT Team Lead is responsible for the daily scheduling of therapists and helping ensure efficient department operations. The Team Lead provides input into the evaluation of individual therapists and helps assure that daily workflow and patient care are maintained.

The RTT Team Lead also serves as a key resource and point of support for Radiation Oncology (RO) staff.

One for North locations

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
