RADIO FREQUENCY PROGRAM ENGINEER

You will serve as a recognized subject matter expert in RF Engineering, representing senior leadership in high-level technical matters.

You will support development activities for the W93/MK Arming, Fuzing, and Firing Assembly (AF and F).

You will be responsible for leading the W93/MK7 RF Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the development and qualification of the Radio Frequency Subsystem (RFSS).

You will be responsible for everything from requirement and specification creation, design and development, production support, assembly and integration support, and verification and qualification.

You will be responsible for integration activities of the RFSS into the Reentry Body system and will coordinate across the Production IPTs and Test IPTs.

You will facilitate technical exchange meetings between internal program leads and external agencies such as, the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, and Lockheed Martin.

You will act on behalf of Reentry Systems Branch in various engagements with leadership and the engineering community.

You will coordinate with the staff of other sections and units within the Reentry Systems Branch to ensure delivery of excellence across the technical and programmatic spectrum.

You will take the initiative to independently highlight and resolve issues affecting equities.

You will direct and participate in review of progress and/or issues with Reentry Branch staff members and other stakeholders and communicate the status of progress regularly with Unit, Section, and Branch leadership.

You will be responsible for the program management of the RF IPT activities, which includes the budgeting and execution of funding across various work performers.
