Raisers Edge CRM & Database Manager
Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:- Significant experience working with Blackbaud Raisers Edge / NXT or a comparable nonprofit CRM.
- Strong understanding of how good data management can support fundraising performance.
- Strong CRM optimisation, development and automation experience.
- Excellent data management, segmentation and reporting skills.
- Experience working with fundraising, charity or supporter-focused teams.
- Ability to turn data into useful, actionable insight.
- Knowledge of GDPR, Gift Aid and relevant nonprofit data requirements.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels and across multiple teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance ongoing system management with improvement projects.
- Manage the ongoing administration, maintenance and security of Raisers Edge / NXT.
- Identify opportunities to improve the CRM and develop a structured roadmap for future enhancements.
- Improve data quality through auditing, cleansing, standardisation and de-duplication.
- Create effective processes around data entry, campaigns, appeals and reporting.
- Produce selections and audience segmentation to support fundraising and email activity.
- Develop reporting and analysis that provides meaningful insight into fundraising performance.
- Identify opportunities for greater automation and more efficient financial processes.
- Manage CRM integrations and relationships with Blackbaud, external consultants and other suppliers.
- Support users through training, documentation and ongoing guidance.
- Maintain strong standards around GDPR, PECR and HMRC Gift Aid requirements, including the management of invalid Gift Aid records.

We are working with an established UK not-for-profit organisation looking for an experienced Raisers Edge specialist to take ownership of its fundraising CRM and wider database capability. Based in London, this is a hybrid, permanent, full-time role at the centre of fundraising, supporter engagement and reporting. We offer a competitive salary dependent on experience, 37.5 hours per week typically 09:00-17:30, and 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. Appointment will be subject to a basic DBS check.
