【Job Responsibilities】

• Identify yield gain opportunities and successfully implement strategies to achieve yield targets.
• Plan and implement a baseline improvement program to drive yield enhancements.
• Ensure process control charts are set up accurately, with strict adherence to limits and reaction mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Production, and other process areas, determining the best approaches to meet and exceed goals.
• Follow up on all defects related to SWRs, ensuring timely updates to the defect library.
• Set up contamination, defect, and performance qualification procedures and frequencies.
• Characterize process responses to parameters and define process margins with respect to upstream and downstream steps.
• Qualify conversions and new processes, working tirelessly to reduce scrap and excursions.
• Study new methods for defect analysis to maintain and improve world-class standards.

AI Relevant Job Responsibilities:

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
