abra is hiring a Ramdor System Support & Implementation Specialist.

We are looking for a Ramdor System Support & Implementation Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Provide support and operational maintenance for the Ramdor system across all modules, including user and project management.
Work with SAP interfaces.
Support and coordinate system enhancements and developments with the Ramdor vendor.
Set up, manage, and maintain projects within the system.
Analyze business and operational requirements and implement solutions within the system.
Provide support and service to internal and external users.
Monitor and manage system issues, service requests, and ongoing operational tasks.

Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, based in Tel Aviv.

Previous experience working with the Ramdor system, including system support and operations – Required.

Experience providing user support, working with cross-functional interfaces, and supporting system enhancements – Required.

Experience with SAP – Significant advantage.
