We're Hiring: Credit Risk / Scorecard & ML Model Development

Exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about Credit Risk, Machine Learning, and Portfolio Analytics!

We are looking for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience in NBFCs or FinTech companies to join our team in Gurgaon.

Total Experience: 2 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Scorecard and ML model development

- Model validation and performance monitoring

- Credit risk and portfolio analytics

- Analysis of portfolio quality and delinquency trends

- Recommending improvements in credit models and policies

- Supporting data-driven lending and risk management decisions

Preferred Skills:

- Python, SQL, statistical modeling, credit risk analytics, and predictive modeling.
