Ramp Services Agent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day ramp operations support duties
- Provide ground logistics and manpower assistance to private aircrafts and pilots/crew within established operating procedures and quality standards
- Provide porter services such as delivery of luggage and cargo from and to the aircraft
- Assist in towing, pushback, aircraft marshalling and disconnecting services for all types of aircraft
- Placing chocks and cones around aircraft
- Provide service to the aircraft using ground support equipment (GPU, water/lavatory service truck, aircraft stair unit, etc.) and ensure its safe operations and serviceability
- Report equipment problems and breakdowns to facilitate fast repairs
- Concierge driver for flight crews and passengers
- Assist in providing aircraft with ice, coffee, catering etc. and assist with general ground keeping including aircrafts, hangar and operational vehicles cleaning
- Identify and report potential hazards and challenges as well as occurrences as required by the Company’s reporting system
- Ensure that aircraft are ready for their flights by providing efficient ground support services
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain safe working conditions for yourself and others
- Comply with all airport authority and security requirements
Requirement
- Class 4 driving state license is mandatory with a clean record
- 5 days rostered shifts and willingness to work a flexible schedule including 24-oncall, night,weekend-shift duties and holidays.
