RAN Solution & Strategic Manager

Job Description:

• Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and technical proposal development for wireless networks (2G/3G/4G/5G)

• Develop customer-oriented solutions and translate technical capabilities into business value

• Manage opportunities and support order acquisition through effective solution positioning

• Take ownership of bidding processes, including solution configuration, technical presentations, and negotiations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, product) to ensure successful solution implementation

• Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the CMO

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of wireless networks and RAN solutions (2G/3G/4G/5G)

• Familiar with ZTE products and able to independently develop solutions

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Good planning, execution, and teamwork capability

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
