Ranch 45 Cashier/Server/Barista
Ranch 45 is searching for experienced and energetic candidates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. You will play a key role in our team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. Required Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Must be at least 21 years of age (due to alcohol service).
3. Previous experience in customer service, food service, or barista work is a plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Basic math and cash-handling skills.
6. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
