Raw Material Planner (HcP/LOP)
1. Procurement Planning
- Coordinate with production planner to forecast material for production
- Check daily stock and adjust planning
- Daily/weekly call-off materials from suppliers
- Ensure lifetime to avoid excessive/obsolete parts, etc.
2. Supplier/Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Contact suppliers for pulling/delaying materials, send shipping notification in advance...
- Contact stakeholders (Local & Overseas) to create new scheduling agreements, Logistics Agreement...
- Drive stakeholders/suppliers for quick action on problem solving/quality issues...
3. Ad-hoc coordination tasks/ reports
- Be willing to take coordination tasks/reports with muti-range of difficult levels
- Be able to propose approach & reporting template
- Comply with mandatory reports (Inventory, Airfreight, KPI of Suppliers...)
- Play active roles in others topic including LOG reports (ILCS - Inventory and Logistics Costs Schedule, IMAP - Inventory Management Platform…); processes (CSS/WI…), etc.
4. Inventory Management
- Follow-up Business Planning (BP)/ Current Forecast (CF)/ Monthly/Weekly inventory forecast to ensure inventory target
- Actively seek chances to optimize inventory, prepare materials in freeze period for production
- Define Min/Max in Inventory
5. Improvement Projects
- Drive Bosch Production System (BPS) activities, scan current planning process for improvements in Supply Chain cost, inventory...
- Join/lead projects (department/plant/central level) to improve process, cost…
- Review & optimize planning files including auto-planning, visualization, consolidated files...
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) /Suggestion Scheme/ Problem Solving System (PSS)...
- Join the assigned training to enhance skills (project/data analysis, etc.)
6. Proxy system
- Proxy of procurement planning (Key proxy)
- Proxy of production planning (Back-up proxy)
7. Other tasks assigned by manager
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree with Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain/ Logistics/Economy major or Related fields
2. Work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, planning, logistics, supply chain, or related roles
- Bosch-experience preferred (e.g. BPS)
- Continuous Improvement - SCIP
- Project-Management or Controlling preferred (e.g. Cost-Management, KPI-Tree)
