RCI: Supply Chain Associate (Warehouse)
Job Overview:
The SCM Analyst/Associate for Warehousing shall ensure efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery to support seamless operations. S/he must maintain organized storage systems for quick access, minimizing delays in order fulfillment. S/he must also implement controls to reduce losses from damage, theft, or misplacement, safeguarding company assets; and achieve timely and precise order processing, enhancing service reliability and customer satisfaction.
This role will be hired under Reliance Care, Inc. (RCI) - a subsidiary of Unilab.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business or related fields required;
- At least two (2) years relevant work experience in Supply Management particularly in the fields of Procurement and Logistics
Experience in ERP Solutions(e.g. Net Suite, ARIBA, etc) an advantage
Skills/Abilities:
- At least 2 years experience in warehousing operations
- Experience in ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite, ARIBA, etc.) is an advantage
- Team Player
- Work effectively with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Knowledgeable of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Knowledgeable in Inventory management is an advantage (e.g. replenishment, re-ordering point, safety stocks, etc.).
- Willing to work on-site daily
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement warehouse operational policies and procedures (e.g., FEFO, etc.).
- Proper storage and monitoring of inventory to keep spoilage and expired goods within tolerance limit
- Document in NS all inventory movements (goods receipt, issuance, transfer).
- Monthly Physical cycle count
- Execute wall-to-wall physical count on a semi-annual basis and monthly cycle counts.
- Meet target Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) and Order Fill Rate.
- Keep expired items/spoilage to minimum levels.
- Warehouse optimization
- Effectively manage inventory locations and overflow, especially during peak season.
