RCM Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced RCM Specialist to manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations across multiple healthcare specialties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading practice management and billing platforms such as AdvancedMD, Tebra, and CollaborateMD. The role requires strong knowledge of medical billing workflows, claim management, denial resolution, and payer follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end RCM processes including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management
Work across multiple specialties and understand payer-specific billing requirements
Manage AR follow-ups and reduce outstanding balances efficiently
Identify, analyze, and resolve claim denials and rejections
Ensure accurate coding support and coordination with coding teams where required
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines
Collaborate with providers, billing teams, and insurance companies for issue resolution
Generate and review financial and performance reports related to revenue cycle
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Experience working with platforms such as AdvancedMD, Tebra, and CollaborateMD
Strong understanding of medical billing workflows and insurance processes
Exposure to multiple specialties including Family Practice, Mental Health, and Behavioral Health
Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding concepts (basic-to-intermediate level)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in US healthcare time zones
